The goal of our Community Standards is to create a safe and inclusive space for everyone using our generative AI platform. Aspire aims to foster creativity, respect, and constructive engagement among users. Every day, people use our platform to create and share their AI-generated artworks. We're committed to ensure a creative space by developing and enforcing standards based on user feedback and expert advice. We value diverse perspectives to ensure everyone's artistic voice is heard and respected.

Values

Our commitment to Art is paramount but we know that Generative AI can be harmful for our community standards if not regulated well. For this reason, we have some values while ensuring the community standards:

Authenticity

On our platform, authenticity is key. We encourage users to accurately represent themselves and their artworks. This helps build trust and fosters a genuine sharing experience among our community. Misrepresentation, such as having multiple accounts on a single device to claim credits goes against our values and the spirit of creativity we strive to uphold. For this reason, we allow:

• 🔹 Max 5 devices per account

Safety

Safety is a top priority on our platform. We take proactive measures to ensure that content posing a risk of harm, whether physical or emotional, is promptly removed. This includes any content that threatens, intimidates, or silences others. We're dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive environment for all users to share their artworks without fear of harm or intimidation.

Privacy

Privacy is a fundamental right of every individual on the globe and so we ensure it on our platform. We're dedicated to safeguarding personal information, ensuring users can freely express themselves. This approach empowers users to choose how and when to share their artworks, ensuring a more comfortable and secure environment for creative expression.

Dignity

On our platform, we uphold the belief that all individuals are equal in dignity and rights. We expect our users to respect the dignity of others and refrain from any form of harassment or degradation. This commitment to respect ensures that our community is inclusive and supportive, where everyone can share their artworks without fear of discrimination or mistreatment.

Standards to Follow

We aim to maintain a safe and respectful community where users can share their artworks without fear of encountering harmful or criminal behavior. Any violation of these community standards will result in denial of the content creation or removal of that content, if it's somehow created, potential action against that user's account will be taken.

Violence and criminal behavior

Our platform prohibits any content that promotes violence, criminal behavior, or harm to individuals or communities. This includes but is not limited to:

• Violence and Incitement: Any content that glorifies or incites violence, including graphic depictions or descriptions of violence.
• Dangerous Organizations and Individuals: Content that promotes or supports dangerous organizations or individuals involved in criminal activities.
• Coordinating Harm and Promoting Crime: Any content that encourages, coordinates, or promotes criminal activities or harm to others.
• Restricted Goods and Services: Content related to the sale or promotion of illegal or restricted goods and services.
• Fraud and Deception: Content that promotes fraudulent schemes or deceptive practices.

Safety

Our platform is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all users. We strictly prohibit the following:

• Suicide, Self-Injury, and Eating Disorders: Any content that promotes or glorifies suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders.
• Adult Sexual Exploitation: Any content that depicts or promotes adult sexual exploitation.
• Bullying and Harassment: Content that constitutes bullying or harassment, including threats, intimidation, or humiliation.
• Human Exploitation: Any content that promotes or facilitates human exploitation, such as trafficking or forced labor.
• Privacy Violations: Content that violates the privacy of individuals, including sharing personal information without consent.

Child Safety Standards Policy

Aspire is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all users. We take child safety seriously and adhere to Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any violation of this policy will result in immediate content removal and/or user suspension.

Prohibited Content & Activities

Aspire strictly prohibits:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any form of child exploitation, abuse, or sexually explicit content involving minors.
• Grooming & Exploitation: Any attempts to coerce, manipulate, or exploit minors in any way.
• Harmful Content Targeting Minors: Any content that promotes self-harm, physical harm, abuse, or inappropriate interactions with minors.

Reporting & Moderation

Aspire provides a user-friendly in-app reporting mechanism for users to flag content violating child safety standards.

Objectionable content

Our platform prohibits the following types of objectionable content:

• Hate Speech: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on attributes such as race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, or sexual orientation.
• Adult Nudity and Sexual Activity: Any explicit or pornographic content depicting nudity or sexual activity.
