You can create stunning images from text and share them with friends, explore creations from other users, and engage with a vibrant artistic community. Your experience on our products differs from anyone else: from the posts that you see or create to events, and other content that you see in your Feed. For example, we use data about the connections you make, the choices and settings you select, and what you share and do on our Products to personalize your experience.

Connections that you care about:

We help you find and connect with people, groups, and others that matter to you across our Products. We use data to make suggestions for you and others – for example, challenges to join, events to attend and peoples to follow. Our products and services are most useful when people are connected to people, and groups that are most relevant to them.

Empowering your Creativity:

We believe that every individual has its own creativity and we aim to empower and enrich this creativity for everyone of you. For this mission we develop our products and services with features that can boost your creativity, for example we have added tags, get ideas and improve idea features in our products.

Safety, Security and Integrity:

We prioritize the safety, security, and integrity of our users on our platform. Our services are funded through advertising revenue and IAP/subscriptions. We display ads on our platform to generate income, which helps us cover the costs of running and maintaining the app. We offer premium features or subscriptions for users who want an ad-free experience or access to exclusive content. These revenue streams contribute to supporting our platform and ensuring its continued development and improvement.

3. Your commitments to our Products

In exchange for products and services that we provide you, we admire some commitments that you make for using our products and services.

Originality:

Provide accurate information about yourself, your name, interests etc. So that, we can make a better experience for you.

Secrecy:

Do not share your password, give access to your account to others or transfer your account to anyone else without a valid reason.

Previous Account Suspension:

If your account has been disabled in the past for violating our Terms, Community Standards, or other applicable policies, you agree not to create a new account without our explicit permission, and for that you can contact at support@aspireai.app. Permission to create a new account is solely at our discretion and does not indicate that the previous suspension was unjustified. Additionally, you are prohibited from accessing our products, services, or software under applicable laws.

What you can't do on our products:

On our platform, we want you to express yourself and share meaningful content, but not at the expense of others' safety or our community's integrity. Therefore, you agree not to:

We regularly improve our app to enhance user experience and community engagement. Therefore, we may update these Terms to reflect our evolving services, ensure a safe environment, and comply with applicable laws. Any changes will be reasonable and considerate of your interests.

By continuing to use our app after the changes, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you can delete your account at any time.

We aim for a platform where users feel safe to express themselves. If we find that you've repeatedly violated our terms, including community guidelines or intellectual property rights, we may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account.

We strive to offer the best service and clear guidelines. However, our products are provided without guarantees of safety, security, or error-free operation. We work hard to meet the expectations and needs of every user from layman to a professional but we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We have set some community guidelines and try to make sure that every individual must follow them but we can't control each user's actions or content. We have built a content moderation system to scan the content that is shared by the user whether it is according to the community guidelines or not but if in any case someone breaches the system, we aren't liable for their conduct or shared content. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Dispute Resolution

We aim to provide clear guidelines to minimize disputes. If a dispute arises, it's important to know where and how it can be resolved.

For consumers, the laws of your country of residence apply to any claim against us. You may resolve your claim in a competent court in your country.

For all other cases, any claim against you by us must be resolved in a court in our jurisdiction. You agree to the jurisdiction of these courts and that local laws govern these Terms and any disputes. We may also bring a claim against you in a competent court in your country.
